"Music is embedded in Chrisopher like road kill is to the road. Originally out of Fresno, CA, where the roads are wide and the jails are big, he had only one desire: to make it out of there alive and make music. �American road music tied into a noose knot swinging in the wind� is what he likes to call the music he creates. Living in Seattle since 1991, he has been very fortunate; he has had the opportunity to work in some of the most diverse settings, with a lot of amazing people. Chrisopher Blue is a prolific singer/songwriter who sings ""factitious"" stories of things seen, survived, and heard about, while playing guitar styles that spread from delta blues influences to straight up Seattle rock. His live show is an ever-evolving experience; he really gets the stream of consciousness juices flowing in front of the crowds. Always inspiring, sometimes jaw-dropping, never boring. His performances go great with cheap beer and a pack of organic cigarettes. Some say he sings like Mark Lanegan, Nick Drake, Tom Waits or Bono and plays guitar like a midnight freight train tearing through the desert.
