Brother Phil

Brother Phil has been performing his own unique blues style for over 20 years. Known for his fired-up stage presence, soulful vocals, and dangerous guitar playing, he has played all over New England and the greater U.S. taking the stage in every kind of venue ranging from small clubs, dance halls such as the Cape Cod Me Te, to festivals, concert venues, and the original House of Blues in Cambridge MA. Brother Phil was also a featured entertainer for the ESPN Winter X Games at Mt. Snow Vermont, four years running.



Inspired by diverse influences such as B.B.King, Jimi Hendrix, David Bromberg, Bob Dylan, Aber & Collins, Delbert McClinton, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, Dr.John, Hank Williams, Louis Armstrong, Professor Longhair, The Grateful Dead, Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Howlin Wolf, & countless others, he's taken his accumulated knowledge & Love of roots music and 20 years of hard road work to forge a strong, tough, original American Sound, all the while keeping his energies focused on an eye toward the preservation & perpetuation of American music.
