“This album has a Bill Frisell-ish feel and consists of melodic tunes played in several cases over uncomplicated rock-oriented rhythms by first-rate musicians. Personnel include Shane Endsley - trumpet; Jenny Scheinman - violin; Steve Cardenas - guitar; Ben Allison - bass; Rudy Roysten - drums. Scheinman and Cardenas in particular bring the Frisell influence to the fore.”
