About Beautifully Scarred
Her first CD “Beautifully Scarred” was released in July of 2000. The album featured Anne playing 13 original songs varying in style from acoustic rock, to folk, to blues. The album “Beautifully Scarred” was self-released on her own label ("Brutally Honest Records") and was well received by the music fans in the Twin Cities, and was selected for participation in the Best Buy "Find ‘em First" promotion. Several tracks from her CD were receiving regular airplay on Minneapolis commercial radio station WXPT during November of 2000. She immediately made an impact on the local Minneapolis music scene, and found her home in the Twin Cities.3 RECs for this Album
