“80sish beat with simple, uninflected vocals & synth embroidery. I feel happier when you're bridging to those chorus key changes, Alan. & doing pretty much everything else in this song.”

“A miracle song, starts out as an electronic song, wet (rather metalic) kisses giving it a clickable rhythm, but then it merges into a buddhist chant, the sound of the prayers coming from high altitudes, from deep inside the mountains. Try this song on the move, you'll be transported to another place and time :-)”

“Reminiscent of early '80s synthpop video game background music, Alan Lauris nevertheless manages to add some class to a very upbeat and familiar sound. Akin to early Britpop, Connect Me sounds lyrically familiar to Eiffel 65's silly witticisms (without the wit, per se), yet results in a toe-tapping, head bopping hum along. Fun background, but don't read too much into it.”

“So simple, but oddly compelling. Just a list of city codes and city names, but it goes so far.”

“Another classic from the master of technology-themed music.
Brilliant song, catchy music, and a warning to all of us online.

“Haha, I love the sound of this tune! Especially the bass, bom-ba bom-ba bom-ba, soo «old school» in a way. I love it, love it. Strange I didn't know this artist from Amie St before, it's great!”

“A sweet love song. Although it claims not to be :)
Maybe the love between the closest of friends. More thoughtful lyrics from a Dutch Master.

“Social commentary with an immensely complex music track. You'll be hard pressed to pick apart singular threads of this ever evolving song.”
