SXSW 2008

Back from Texas, and rather than doing a full-blown retrospective we'll keep to the last Amie Street band we saw: Tiny Animals. They are fun and friendly and make solid pop rock. Yep... sometimes it's that simple!

Tiny Animals are bro/sis Chris & Rita Howerton, joined by Phil on bass. Chris also heads up North Street Records, which in addition to his band is home to Dirty on Purpose, TAB the Band, and Sam Champion.

So bug them until they finish mixing the album, cause right now they only have one song on the site.

And if you're in the NYC area, check them out April 5 at the Annex!
