Kobo Town’s Pan-Carribean Sound

Named after the birthplace of Calypso (Port-of-Spain, Trinidad), Kobo Town is a contemporary Calypso ensemble that incorporates elements of other Carribean and South American styles including Cuban son montuno, roots reggae, Brazilian forro, and Colombian parranda among others.
