Eclipse® gum continues to support Amie Street artists with the sponsorship of talented musician Gary Gunn

Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Gary Gunn -- a noted composer, musician and producer -- can't recall a time in his life when music didn't come first.
In the mid 90's, during the height of D.C.'s Go-Go scene, Gunn emerged as one of its most singular talents, producing and performing with several iconic bands before branching out on his own. Gunn combined the raw, street sensibility of his local experience with the brash, psychedelic trance-like textures found in the music of Funkadelic, Scarface and Radiohead to create a truly groundbreaking sound -- one that continues to garner praise from his musical contemporaries and mainstream tastemakers.
Yet, despite his commercial success behind the scenes, Gunn maintains a passion for the creation of independent innovative projects. Currently, Gary is in the process of composing a soundtrack and original score for the animated musical short entitled "Lonely Loves Lonely" directed by Andre De Roche. The movie is slated for release in the fall of 2007.
And now, thanks to the support of Eclipse gum, this sponsorship will help defray studio costs and compensate the budding avant-garde musicians working on this exciting new project. For more information on Gary Gunn, click here.
