Chachi teams up with Amie Street to give something back
If you've ever had the chance to meet Chachi Carvalho, you certainly would remember it. His positivity is contagious and his words are genuine, feelings that come through clearly in his music.
And, not only is Chachi a talented artist making a name for himself in the North East hip hop community (check out his music), he's also giving back to his community by creating the Progressive Youth Creative Arts Workshop. His workshop is designed to help kids get involved in all aspects of the music industry, from song writing to music and album promotion, and is now endowed by our friends at Eclipse gum.
Chachi created Beat Box Studio in his hometown of Providence, RI, which is where he drops his gems and, with support from Eclipse gum, where he'll be working with local youth to build their self esteem and find their passion through music.
If you want to learn more about Beat Box Studio or the Progressive Youth Creative Arts Workshop, please get in touch with Chachi -- he'd love to hear from you.
