Artist Spotlight: Robert Waddington

An accomplished musician and active user to boot, Robert Waddington is stirring up lots of attention on Amie Street. He's just released a new album entitled 65 Darlington Street, a mix of jazz, fusion, and electronica -- and it's about time you checked him out!
For Waddington's profile and biography, check out his user page -- the best part is that he cleverly (and fittingly) cites both David Gilmore and David Gilmour as inspirations. He's also made some odd and awesome RECs like this one:
Monkey See, Monkey Do
by The Budos Band
laser beam eyeballs firing out strobes of intense heat!"
And, of course, he's gotten plenty of praise himself. His last album, Equinox, has already been cheered in by the Amie Street community, so pay heed:
Robert Waddington adds to an already sterling group of tracks. Upbeat, playful, real. Listen to the colors & just dig!" [rec by Fresh]
again Robert Waddington delivers, and with flying colours ;D" [rec by TheMilla]
Another winner from Robert Waddington. Thanks for all the great music! [rec by godsgeek]
Robert's best so far! If you haven't listened to any of his music yet...take the time now...listen and then lock and load, you won't be disappointed. Grab both albums now!" [rec by thedrakester]

He’s also a really down to earth dude who spent some time living in Providence, RI. Great music, great person. Dig.

I’ve enjoyed getting to know Robert through his music, his recs and his responses to my recs. His latest album is pure gold, as are his other albums. Don’t bother trying to pick one track, just buy them all!
