MR-10

It al begins when a little dutch boy named Maarten Langeree picked up his first guitar at the age of 8 and took his first guitar lessons. Soon the guitar became a great part of his life.

A few years later Maarten became interested in making music as well and the first musical creations where born. Joining a band was the next logical step. There where countless formations and even more names, but 3 band are worthy to be mentioned. The first one was a dutch pop/rockband named "Speelgoed" where Maarten played the bass-guitar... Because the guitar was his real pasion, he also formed Dagoba System with his friend Maurits van der Horst. Later on Maarten left Speelgoed and Dagoba System changed into Glass Moon. With Glass Moon Maarten had the pleasure to open for the great dutch rock/metalband the Gathering.

After Glass Moon broke up in the year 2007, Maarten decided it was time to explore his talents in music and started to make his own music under the name MR-10. At the moment MR-10 makes instumental rock songs. But liking so many kinds of music and artist (Dire Straits, Pantera, Vangelis, Dream Theater, Alter Bridge) his music has something special. In the future to come more of his songs will contain vocals.
