New one from the Icelandic wonders. The opener starts with a very prominent acoustic guitar and upbeat percussion. Different! More traditional song structure than I am used to from these guys. I like it.

beautiful atmospheric tune. singer has a really amazing voice, the strings and glockenspiel add so much to the subtle build of this simple, but epic tune. the live acoustic/version is great too.

Okay, a quick lesson on Sigur Ros...They are Icelandic. They sing in a made-up language they call Hopelandic. The lead singer is blind in one eye. They are in their early 30s, but have been putting out their anthemic music since their mid-teens. They completely kick ass and build the most beautiful soundscapes in the genre...Mogwai, Explosions and others stand in awe.

Guitar, folky, soft overlay in fantastic Sigur Ros style. Magical as lost nostalgic summers and fireflies in the evenings.
